Fixes #1468
Also adds the warnings about COLLAGE, adds a wrapper for the collageradiomics executable, prevents FE from using COLLAGE features (blocked from both CLI and GUI, and then additionally prevented in the algorithm code itself).
Fixes the issues with DeepMedic instantly returning badly because our model version metadata was outdated.
