Auto-create listing of .rdf files for RePEc crawler on push

Do a GitHub action for this, creating an index.html with the filenames and links.

Yes, we need a ”directory listing” so please add an index.html file. You can include all the links to the .rdf files in this index.html or have a separate one for the econwp subdirectory (provided you link to this).

Let us know when this is done. We can then reset the mirroring.

The links to the pdf files will be updated once we have the new links.
