I've noticed that Paratype tends to report genotypes for non-Paratyphi assemblies (using Fasta mode). For example, GCF_000240185.1 (K. pneumoniae) if classified as GT 2.4.8, GCA_007910265.1 (which I think is Paratyphi C) is comes out as 2.3.1. I see that some assemblies are rejected as non-Typhi and no genotypes are produced, but perhaps there should be a more strict discrimination between Para A and other genomes?
