025 RYF inputs differ from others

Breaking this out as a separate issue:

Inputs for 025deg_jra55_ryf now differ from the other 0.25 and 1 deg JRA configs. They should probably be brought into alignment (but not before checking!)

So the 1 deg and 0.25 deg core inputs also use input_337f4505 (from Nov 30 2018) rather than the newer input_236a3011 (Dec 13 2018).
(The 0.1 deg configs use input_08022019 which is incorrect for 1 and 0.25 deg: #159)

so it looks like input_236a3011 can be used with 025deg_jra55_ryf, but the core configs 025deg_core2_nyf, 1deg_core_nyf require files only found in input_337f4505. These would need to be moved to the release candidate /short/public/access-om2/input_rc/.

Actually the core files from input_337f4505 are already in /short/public/access-om2/input_rc/.

More details on inputs for 025deg_jra55_ryf:

025deg_jra55_ryf used input_337f4505 (Nov 30 2018), whereas all
other 1deg & 0.25deg used input_236a3011 (Dec 13 2018).

In the ak-dev configs they all now use input_rc.

The only changes in input_rc relevant to 025deg_jra55_ryf are:

• Binary files input_337f4505/cice_025deg/i2o.nc and input_rc/cice_025deg/i2o.nc differ - OK: input_rc/cice_025deg/i2o.nc is updated for JRA55-do 1.4.0 support
• Only in input_337f4505/common_025deg_jra55: rmp_jra55_cice_conserve.nc - OK: same as input_rc/common_025deg_jra55/rmp_jra55_cice_2nd_conserve.nc
• Only in input_337f4505/common_025deg_jra55: rmp_jra55_cice_smooth.nc - OK: same as input_rc/common_025deg_jra55/rmp_jra55_cice_patch.nc
• Binary files input_337f4505/mom_025deg/ocean_temp_salt.res.nc and input_rc/mom_025deg/ocean_temp_salt.res.nc differ - OK: input_337f4505 had the wrong initial condition: Incorrect initial conditions for most configurations #39
