• fix vertical grid: wrong ocean_vgrid.nc in all 0.1 deg runs access-om2#161 and Problem with input_08022019 - uses old GFDL vertical grid access-om2#159
• fix time units: Trivial issues with output and error files access-om2#49
• use patch interpolation for mom_025deg/salt_sfc_restore.nc: 'patch' interpolation for salt_sfc_restore.nc access-om2#74
• fix vertical grid for KDS50: Problem with input_08022019 - uses old GFDL vertical grid access-om2#159
• updates paths, libraries and compiler for gadi: Compiler toolchain compatibility for transition to new HPC access-om2#157 and build with latest netcdf access-om2#166 and mppnccombine needs to be compiled for Gadi access-om2#177 and Unifying netCDF/HDF versions across components access-om2#147
• consistent inputs: 025 RYF inputs differ from others access-om2#162
• use patch interpolation for salt_sfc_restore.nc 'patch' interpolation for salt_sfc_restore.nc access-om2#74
• use updated JRA55-do 1.3.1 path: Change JRA55-do data directory access-om2#120
• don't compress MOM outputs/restarts until collation: Don't compress MOM outputs/restarts until collation access-om2#168
