Generate & Download scaffolding.json file using visual editor.

This release is marked as pre-release solely for the reason that the generated json can be used by node package even at the minimal level at the moment.

Use the Visual Editor for generating the JSON and when completed, click on Download scaffolding.json file button to download the same.

Note: The Web UI will work in all Modern Browsers that support Blob, ObjectURL and download attribute of Anchor Element.
