Kerberos supported more throughtly tested

• Fixed Kerberos url encoding issue- previously we had no or poor url encoding of Kerberos requests. Now we properly escape characters.
• Built a better test harness for debug testing
• MAKE SURE NOT TO USE DEBUG VERSION PRODUCTIONALLY!!!
