Broken EDS Halter is an uncommon lvl.3 physical trap.
Can be sold for 48 pixels.
A defensive EDS structure called 'Size-3 Grounded Halter', or a G3 Halter, for short. This one is broken.
These were created to trap small creatures in place, as well as rogue or hostile machinery.

• Alta: This halter seems to be out of order. It's still sharp, so I better be cautious.
• Apex: An alta defensive structure used to trap vehicles and creatures.
• Avian: These nails can stop a tank!
• Floran: Tank trapsss!
• Glitch: Observant. A jagged metal shape used to trap vehicles.
• Human: This could stop a tank! Better be careful about those wires aswell.
• Hylotl: A broken tank trap. I believe altas call these 'halters'.
• Novakid: These nails could halt any ride. Classic.

• The item you've just picked up seems to have visual EDS markings on it. EDS is an alta formation focused on protecting altas from all possible threats, and thus all related items and objects often reflect that goal in their characteristics.
  Unfortunately, it seems like EDS's automated defence system went out of control recently, so I'd suggest avoiding contact with still active facilities.
