v0.1.2: Fix CLI begin, start, mark commands

The do_ commands are passed a single argument. Even though the argument is not used, it still needs to be specified for the command to work.

Stable

This release is stable as far as the tester can tell (me). It has been tested on both Windows and Mac and so there should not be any incompatibilities. Diary runs best on Python 3.
