• Change to using our own InchiKey generator and property resolver, ChemSpider API is becoming unreliable (for us).
• Change method of opening files for import to improve handling of locked files.
• Update SQLite to latest.
• New (WPF) Settings form, with ability to export Library to a folder as cml files.
