I went ahead and started to work on some of the things I mentioned in #3521:

  • Removed the ROADMAP file and linked to the GitHub Roadmap from the main README
  • Linked to the documentation instead of the READMEs of the individual projects
  • Removed all other READMEs containing outdated information or READMEs already covered by the documentation
  • Move links to examples from the examples directory into the main README
  • Remove inferior StarWars example from the AspNetCore folder in favor of the complete StarWars template, which already uses ASP.NET Core
  • Order the product overview in the main README in order of importance
