Satellite Time Series Extraction Tool v0.14

This is the first version of Satellite TSE Tool containing:

• Ecological Variable: Cyanobacterial Cell Density
• Sensor Support: Sentinel-2 and Sentinel-3

NOTE: This tool is not production ready. This rollout is for beta testing.
