Small bugfix (which is needed for the new implementation of YUView). The start codes were not ignored correctly.

Small bugfix release. The intra prediction mode was reported per CU. Now the intra mode is reported per TU (intra prediction in HEVC is performed an a TU basis while signalling of the mode is done on a PU level (2Nx2N or NxN)).
