- Fixes garbage collection crashing an application when disposing a DisposableResource from a different thread.
- Updates SDL to version 2.30.5.
- Drops .NET 6 support. It's old and bad and stuff.
- Adds nullability annotations.
- Bumps release number to 0.65.0
