Added Swahili as a supported locale and downloaded terms from POEditor closes #7078

we do via npm run locale-audit

Running "genLocaleAudit" task
Missing Burmese (my) but has 4.02 percentage
Missing English (JM) (en-jm) but has 0.26 percentage
Missing English (ZA) (en-za) but has 4.07 percentage
Missing Korean (ko) but has 3.63 percentage
Missing Latvian (lv) but has 2.27 percentage
Missing Malayalam (ml) but has 0.74 percentage
Missing Serbian (Cyrillic) (sr-cyrl) but has 3.54 percentage
Missing Slovenian (sl) but has 4.07 percentage
Missing Spanish (MX) (es-mx) but has 4.86 percentage
Missing Spanish (SV) (es-sv) but has 1.62 percentage

When a locale is over 5% I add it.. as lots of people add locales to POeditor and never complete it
