Fixes # 698

Changes done:

Task 1: Made the sidebar dynamic to prevent content from moving behind the search input.
Task 2: Restored the missing copyright text: "Copyright © 2024 Contributors to CircuitVerse."
Task 3: Ensured the h1 -> CircuitVerse heading remains fixed at the top while the rest of the sidebar content scrolls below it.
