Was this originally to track all references in sites/public or sites/partners or both? I don't think we really have any references in the sites/public pages right now and we're displaying all listings instead of just those that are "open".

I think the original idea was just to remove it from sites/public, but it probably also makes sense to remove from sites/partners? It's displayed prominently on the partner dashboard:

I couldn't really find any references on the public site, so I think we've already done a good job removing it from there (and let me know if you see any). I'll focus in on removing it from the partner site - both displaying and editing.
