Travis
Travis CI connects to your GitHub repo, and when a commit is pushed to a branch that Travis is watching, it will run a script (like the script to build the project and to push the build to AWS)
Go to https://travis-ci.org/ and click "Sign in with GitHub"
After you have signed in, https://travis-ci.org/account/repositories will list all of the repositories in your GitHub account. If you are an employee of the City of Philadelphia and are a member of the CityOfPhiladelphia GitHub organization, you should also see it listed as an organzation.
If you click to it, it should take you to https://travis-ci.org/organizations/CityOfPhiladelphia/repositories
Find the repository that you want to push to S3 on commits, and click the switch to turn it on. Then click the Settings button for the repo:
