Adding back custom CSS to set new color styles. Adjusted TOC and added favicon.
@ContentBrewmaster I couldn't remove the logo as they didn't provide that option. Related, the site title cannot be made a link back to the homepage because when you scroll the site title changes into the page title. Maybe an icon could be chosen/created that could replace the default icon.
