Describe the bug

I walked into a town and the game hung for a second, then a horde of at least 36 zombies spawned around me. Most noticeably they were retroactively added into the field over maps I entered the town from.

Steps to reproduce

I attempted to reproduce the bug by visiting cities with other characters in other worlds. But couldn't get it happen again.

Expected behavior

I expect zombies would not be retroactively added to the map all around the player.

Wandering hordes are off, so that shouldn't be it.

The log shows teleporting. Does that have anything to do with it?

Does XEDRA do anything that can spawn a horde?

You're 3 tiles into the OMT. Did you move further before taking the screen shot? Loading new map sections should happen when you enter a new OMT, not a bit inside it, so if it happened when you moved to the current tile, it's probably not map load, but a trap/EOC kind of thing.

I don't think I have anything more to contribute to this.

I didn't begin teleporting until after it happened. At that point I was pretty certain I was going to die so I just used the debug menu to try and understand what happened better.

I did ask Maleclypse in the discord and so far as he is aware nothing in XE should have caused it. But I'm a bit new to the mod myself so I just have to take his word for it.

If the log shows teleportation it's 100% that I moved before taking the screenshot, my apologies.
