Running grunt db does not run BOTH rebase then seed

ran into this as well. the install fails upon running grunt tasks

I've installed the last updated version of cleverstack today and looks like this is fixed

The latest one published to npm (1.03), or off this github repository? If from this repo, do you mind sharing the command you used to install it, I'm having some issues doing it that way.
