Changes the behaviour of the driver
Scanfunction.database/sqldoesn't support Scanningdriver.Valuefrom a pointer to a pointer type. It's kind of weird behavior. I had a look into other drivers, and none of them is return pointer viadriver.Value.Since some of the users might already have implemented their custom types Scan with a pointer, it might be a breaking change for them.
