Geo localize papers

Discover urban district names, street names, building names, POIs etc. in paper texts to geolocalize them. Maybe we can use http://www.strassen-in-deutschland.de/20112-strassenverzeichnis-leipzig.html or the list of all amenities in Leipzig extractable by using http://overpass-turbo.eu/

• use self hosted nominatim service for resolving coordinates for in named entity recognition extracted names
