While migrating to Capacitor 3 the Android Part was missing, that's why the current version is not working for Android.
This PR migrates the Android part to Capacitor 3 and also updates the Deployment-Target for iOS which should also be done during the migration.

This fixes #125

You currently can't use it directly. I would like to give the owner of the repository a little more time to review this PR before publishing my fork on npm.
