What?
Allow Timer to modify itself via discord_timer_ctl in the callback
Added internal timer functionality
Converted wakeup timer to a real timer using the internal timer
Testing?
on_wakeup seems to still work the same, was also used to test DISCORD_TIMERS_DONT_UPDATE
