fix: Include docs commits in patch release #116

There is a chance that the README on our npm page becomes out of sync with the GitHub repo, therefore I have decided to include docs commits in the patch release group.

Note that we are unlikely to push many docs commits, as we have a single README, so we are unlikely to see false positives.

These four are the default plugins for semantic-release, in the same order. We need to include them all here, even though we are only configuring commit-analyzer, as the order in which they are defined is critical.
