 - IP Messenger is a pop up style message communication software for
   multi platforms. It is based on TCP/IP(UDP).

 - This software don't need server machine.

 - Simple, lightweight, and free software :-)

 - Win, Win16, Mac/MacOSX, X11R6/GTK/GNOME, Java, Div version and
   all source is open to public. You can get in the following URL.

 - iOS, Android version is available, but source code is not opened.

3. Requirements

 - VS2017 or later

 - If you want to use VS2015, you must change "Platform toolset" in
   the all projects(except toast project) "v141_xp" to "v140_xp".
   In the toast project, you must change it "v141" to "v140".

 - If you want to build not only ipmsg.exe but also the installer,
   it requires the environment in the following.

    1) It can be used python.exe(v2.x) without path.

    2) It can be used HTML Help Workshop in the
       "C:\Program Files (x86)\HTML Help Workshop\" folder.

 - v4.00 or later, self-extract installer format is supported.
