Player is a real-time, interactive CompuCell3D simulation execution and visualization graphical user interface. Player is supported on Windows, Mac and Linux.
Binary distributions of Player packaged with CompuCell3D are available for download at the CompuCell3D project page. Binaries of Player are also available via conda as an extension package of the CompuCell3D conda package,
conda install -c conda-forge -c compucell3d cc3d-player5For conda packages, Player can be launched from a terminal by activating the conda
environment in which Player is installed and then issuing the command cc3d-player5.
Once installation completes, you may run Player (CompuCell3D GUI) as follows:
python -m cc3d.player5
