Deployment Pipeline

When collaborating with team members each PR should have a testing zite. Zite's are ZeroNet sites, generally referenced by a public hash (Bitcoin address). The ability to create zites (and the trivial nature of scripted zite creation) lends itself to multiple testing environments without disrupting users on the "main" zite.
