In the case of a NCN reboot with no-wipe=1, we do not need to download the squashfs and label the device - that was already done on the initial deployment. Detect when the label already exists and then skip the fetch & label.

Prerequisites

  • I have included documentation in my PR (or it is not required)
  • I tested this on internal system (x) (redbull, initial deployment & reboot with no-wipe=1)
