fix: aws-lambda-powertools import error

after one of dependabot updates, i started to get the following exception: Error: Cannot find module '@aws-lambda-powertools/parameters/ssm. Seems like its connected to the following issue aws-samples/bedrock-claude-chat#418 and the following release https://github.com/aws/aws-cdk/releases/tag/v2.147.3 should fix the issue
