This is a new Enhanced Velocity Chart based on AppSDK2
It is a variation of the legacy Enhanced Velocity Chart.
A WS API endpoint scoped to a project can be used to confirm PlanEstimate values returned by the app:
https://rally1.rallydev.com/slm/webservice/v2.0/iteration?project=https://rally1.rallydev.com/slm/webservice/v2.0/project/123&query=(Name = "Your Iteration Name")&fetch=PlanEstimate
The app excludes iterations with no stories, defects or defect suites scheduled.
Items accepted before or after iterations are not included in the calculation of trend line or in the calculations of averages for the last, best and worst iterations. Note that the legacy app considered items accepted before iteration as accepted during iteration. This app does not have a separate series for items accepted after iteration. It includes items accepted before and after iteration in the AcceptedOutsideIteration series.
This app is vailable AS IS. It is NOT supported by Rally.
