So i disabled actions at the moment because work has slowed down due to personal reasons and im pushing whatever i can get done to unstable in the event my pc gives me issues and i loose work, but most of the time its gonna be incomplete work which i dont want to build , so i plan to re-enable once i merge to main |

Hi,
Since node image are already multi-arch, I refactored the github workflow to build & push multi-arch images for Jellystat instead of using multiple workflows.
