Some way to pre-select other NEI handlers. Like when looking up a plate from the GT material parts diagram, we probably don't want to get the material parts diagram pre-selected again since we were just looking at it. This happens because the custom diagrams get registered early in NEI, so they show up first in the tabs list, but we don't want to move them to the very end either. Seems like it might be tricky to do.
