[FEAT]: UX Design: Projects Table View #1779

A new table view will be added to the home page to display projects on the home page, as an alternate to the card carousel.

Some features of this update:

Add a segmented control to toggle between cards and table view
Table can be filtered via keyword and/or by adding or removing columns
When a table row is clicked, it expands to reveal the non-truncated description in its entirety
Project titles are links that, when clicked, open the project
When a table row is hovered, its kebab menu icon is displayed
