Summary

Allow model parameters to be stratified as well. e.g. using S, I and beta

I am able to select parameters in the dropdown as well as run this totally fine
I do not see a difference in the output between a stratify with S, I and another with S, I, Beta

Strat with Beta.json
Strat without Beta.json
