This is an Project in the vision of exchanging storage data among local application (social platform).This is also including images, videos, docs, chats, encrypted data etc. This process being executed only in offline though the data gets transfer would not be copied or stolen .It meant in the manner just moving data and inserting to other application .EXAMPLE : MOVING CHATS, DATA ,GROUPS FROM WHATSAPP TO SIGNAL.
