batchSystemParameters["BinaryPath"] and batchSystemParameters["Queue"] for this case?

There is no OARResourceUsage module + I don't know how to get the BinaryPath and the Queue from the environment variables in this case.

From what I have seen, the project is not very known but still exists and has active developers working on it.
