This will be the process of going through the software, documents, files and all relevant as well as important information to understand each step that has been taken from start to finish of the project and to finalise the product.
As an app user, i want to be able to read through the documentation so that i am ready to use the app without any interruptions.
-The project shall have a user manual, wiki page, milestones, reports, demo videos.
-The whole system shall be tested before a final product is presented
-The project documentation shall be in English.
-The user manual will be reliable and accurate.
