There was an issues with the folder mode when no settings existed yet.
Fixed an issue that prevented using folder mode the first time
This filters out the links: - Deleted pages - Pages where "Show in menu" is false - Pages that have no link (disabled)
Fixed an issue where deleted or hidden pages would show in links
Bumped version to 8.0.2 for next release
