We use Github Project to manage iterations, and every project should have five cards：

To Do: Every task should be created by opening an issue
In Progress: Task in Progress with clear deadline
Under Review: PR should be reviewed by the owner
Done: Completed tasks will be archived in this card
Deferred: Reasons must be acceptable when tasks deferred
