Enable or Disable a Program

From the program page:

Click the On - Off button at the upper right of a program overview.
- If the program is disabled the bar at the top of the program overview will be red and the word Off will be bold.
- If the probram is enabled the bar at the top of the program overview will be blue and the word On will be bold

From the Add Program or Edit Program page page:

Click the green button labeled Program On - Program Off at the upper left of the page.
