What's new in 7.0.0

  • Resolume 7 now supported in Windows.
  • Added Flat to 360 effect.
  • Note: The OSX binaries are unchanged from 6.0.0. Please let me know if there are issues and I'll update the OSX binaries.

360 VJ

Rotate 360 videos on the fly in Resolume by controlling the Pitch, Roll, and Yaw.

360 to Fisheye

Convert any 360 video into a Fisheye Video, suitable for playback on a planetarium dome.

Flat to Fisheye

Distort a flat image to improve how it looks on a planetarium dome. When combined with the Fisheye Rotation effect, flat videos can now be positioned around the dome with minimal distortion

Installation

Download the .zip file for your OS below, and unzip the folder. There will be three .bundle files if you're on OSX, or three .dll files if you're on Windows.

Install these effects into Resolume by moving them into one of the effect folders listed by Resolume in the Video Preferences pane, or by adding a new effect folder. Restart Resolume to see the new effects in the Effects Pane entitled 360 VJ, 360 to Fisheye, and Flat to Fisheye. If no folder is listed; go to where Resolume is installed and search for the vfx folder.
