DiscordReactionBot

This is a discord bot adapted from https://gist.github.com/Razacx/8fb98ca38a9525df06c74329cb695ce0 for my own personal use. Simply insert the authors name (Fighter123) into the keyword variable to have the user get a reaction from the bot whenever the user types.

Requirements

• Node.js
• Discord Bot App: https://discordjs.guide/#/preparations/

Installation

1. Clone the repo or download the repo as a zip file.
2. Replace the bot token in 'app.js'
3. Open command prompt or gitbash in the folder and run npm install and also npm install discord.js
4. Type node app in command prompt to start the bot.

Additional Tips

You can run the bot on a server to keep it online 24/7. Simply download the zipfile on your server and install the requirements listed above.
