add queue type and length to queue events

What does this PR do?:
Adds queue type (the class name) and the length (how long the queue was when the task started waiting) to queue time events. This is a breaking change so needs to be coordinated with the corresponding change to dd-trace-java, and needs to be the only change in a release, so we may need to rebase it for a while.
