It looks like it isn't (easily) possible to run tests against nix 2.3, given that it doesn't support flakes, so I removed the code to try and test against that (which ensures that the minimum specified is actually accurate). |

Fixes #385.
This check might be broken by NixOS/nix#5970 in the future. (Although the suggestion in NixOS/nix#5971 (comment)) would address that in new enough versions of nix.)
