This was written in a hurry when Earwig's copyvios detector for Wikipedia (https://copyvios.toolforge.org/) was offline for a few weeks. I released the source then, but never offered a binary.
This is a standalone exe. You can specify the English Wikipedia article and the page for comparison on the command arguments or in the UI.
