Beanstalk monitoring stuff

This repo consists two parts:

• Simple Haskell server for pushing data about Beanstalk server state (for now, but later I'm gonna add some kind of subscription/interaction)
• Middleman-driven EmberJS client for all that. It's also absolutely simple. No interface or anything else - I'm gonna add things in future

Comments in Haskell code in russian for now, lately I'll replace it with english.

Some time later you'll also see some installation readme on both server and client. Thinking about splitting in two repose, but not sure yet.
