Various UI improvements

Store improvements

• Sort and Filter now take up the full width of the screen, removing an awkward gap between them
• Sort and Filter labels now use Valve's styling
• Refresh, download count, star, and target icons now use Font Awesome icons to keep icons consistent across the app
• Highlighting a theme now has a black gradient towards the bottom of the preview, allowing users to preview the theme without a blue filter or moving elements off-screen
• Download and star counts now show as compact numbers (ex. 178.2k downloads for Round at the time of this PR)

Settings improvements

• Most icons now use Font Awesome icons to keep icons consistent across the app
• Standardize grammar format for setting descriptions
• Fix theme titles having a different background from buttons

QAM improvements

• Message of the day hide icon is now smaller to prevent distracting from the title of the message
• Hidden themes now have a counter next to the refresh button
• Patches now use DialogLabel styling from Valve to prevent awkward arrows while still showing a clear difference between patches and themes
• Fix updated themes not being removed from the unpinned list

Patch modal improvements

• Patches no longer use an arrow before their name
