New FWS data, minor UI refinements

This release of the Section 7 Explorer includes data for >10,000 new consultations from the US Fish and Wildlife Service. In addition, we made minor user interface refinements to update the web app. We plan to perform a more significant UI overhaul in the coming months.

Updated section 7 data and app.

This version includes new data (March 2015 through February 2016) and UI tweaks. See the README (and commits) for a bit more background.

Initial release of app, concurrent with PNAS paper.

This is the initial release of the Section 7 Explorer Shiny app. This release occurred when our paper in Proceedings of the National Academy of Science was published in December, 2015. The app and this repo will be updated when new data is assimilated in the app.
